Why I Created MindCraft
My mission has never been to help people make vision boards and feel motivated for a week.
I wanted to understand what actually changes a person. I wanted to understand why some people can want something so badly and still feel blocked from becoming the version of themselves who receives it.
That question was personal for me. Growing up, I dealt with chronic health issues, mental health challenges, physical health challenges, hormonal imbalances, PCOS, ADHD, and moments where I felt like the people who were supposed to have answers did not actually have them.
That feeling of helplessness drove me into neuroscience. I wanted to understand the brain and body at a level most people never get access to. I wanted to help people the way no one could help me or my family.
So I went all in. I studied neuroscience. I worked in research. I got into the PhD program of my dreams.
For a while, I thought that was the path. Then I started sharing what I was learning online, and something shifted.
People began messaging me saying that the content was changing the way they saw themselves, their relationships, their confidence, their careers, their money, their health, their dreams, and their future.
They were not just learning concepts. They were changing their lives. They were manifesting relationships, leaving jobs they hated, starting businesses, getting into schools they never thought they could get into, making moves they had been too afraid to make, and finally seeing possibilities they had never seen before.
And I realized my why did not have to live only inside a lab. It was already alive in the community I had built.
So I made one of the scariest decisions of my life. I mastered out of my PhD program, even though people told me I was making a mistake.
And it became the best decision I have ever made.
Since then, I have built a successful business from the ground up, attracted my dream partner, grown this community to almost 2 million people on Instagram, launched a podcast, spoken at South by Southwest, been featured on major podcasts, signed a book deal, and coached students in over 55 countries.
But I am not telling you that to flex. I am telling you because none of it happened by accident. It happened because I learned how to stop operating from the identity that had been built by fear, survival, and old programming.
I learned how to rewire my brain, regulate my nervous system, work with my subconscious, shift my identity, and become the person who could actually hold the reality I was calling in.

The MindCraft Method: 4 Phases of Rewiring
MindCraft is built around a 4-phase rewiring process. Each phase builds on the last so you are not just collecting more information. Phase 1: Decode
Most people try to change their life without understanding the system that created their current one. In Phase 1, we decode. Phase 3: Rewire

Phase 4: Optimize
This is the phase most programs skip. A lot of people can shift for a few days or weeks. They can feel inspired, motivated, activated, clear, and ready. Then life happens. Stress returns.
